37w and I think I'm in labor help?

You could be, so if you think it's possible, just go to l&d. I will say though, that weeks before I went into labor, I kept having false labor. I was actually having painful contractions anywhere from 4-8 minutes apart, and the pain didn't go away when I changed positions, but they would eventually go away and I was fine again. Typically the doctors say if you change positions and the pain goes away, it's not real labor. But again, if you think it's possible you are in labor, just head on over to l&d. The worst they will do is tell you you're not and send you home!
