My sister whom a wife of a US citizen was charged for a human smuggling 15 years ago after erroneously declaring their son was belonged to her. Is there any chance for her to re- petition by her husband and fix the legal adoption for their son. Is there any chance for her to lift the banned given by her 15 years ago?
