I had umbilical herinia repair one week ago,with lap surgery.and i've been having severe pain on my right side?

they made three incision on the left side of my somach and since i woke up from the surgery i've had strong pains on my right side where no work was done at all the doctor thinks it my be my gullbladder but i did an u/s two days prior to surgery.i'm having regular bowl movement and such.i just cant figure out why i'm still hurting the doctor told me the gas is gone from your body in about two to three days and i've been doing alot of walking.so if you have any ideas please help me
