NAIL VARNISH PROBLEM!!!!!!!!?

OMG! ok so i have these new jeans and about 15 mins ago i got nail varnish on them, i tried scrubbing it off with nail varnish remover but only a tiny bit came off. my mum says it wont come out in the wash! any ideas on how to get it??
