I want to lose 70 lbs. I go to the gym 4 days a wek doing the treadmill a mile aand a half, bike a mile and a half, exc ball doing 150 crunches and 8 lb arm weights trying to get rid of my flabby arms. I do 5 sets of 20. I drink 8@ ounces of water a day and maybe one caffiene free diet soda. Will I lose the weigbt like this?
