Should i cut my hair short or juz keep it long plz refer to this picture plz need ur point of view?

I think cutting it would be just fine and very cute. It bugs me when people tell you not to change your hair. I get that all the time. My hair is really long and its driving me crazy. Definitely ask a hair stylist's opinion but I think that maybe a cut that would be flippy and choppy would be nice. Like short but with all different layers. I hoping to try to get one like that too.
