The best thing for you to do is find out were the leak is coming from and fix it. If it's a hose change it, if it's the radiator buy a new one and replace it. If you use sealant you risk clogging the radiator itself or if the sealant doesnt work and your car overheats you will destroy your headgaskets, and replacing them is even worse.
