Do the Majority of people who Gamble have a disease they should be dealing with?

Is this a question or merely a rant against gambling? Yes, some people have problems with gambling, but hardly a majority. Some people also have problems with alcohol, overeating, watching TV, collecting Pokemon cards and just about every other activity you can think of. The 'disease' is merely that of having a personality inclined towards addictive behaviour of one sort or another. Banning the object of the addiction usually doesn't solve a thing...it just forces the addict to either break the law to satisfy their need or find some other substitute for it.
