I didn't give my consent to have my paintings filmed on a local commercial are TV copyrights different?

if you had your painting on display then they are just that on display and the public can/has the privilege to take pictures/photo/s or drawing of your pictures ( ie in a court room the Judge can order no pictures taken... this does not include drawing/sketches of as these are redemption's of factual "people(s)/events'/ideas
