Should i continue relationship with my aggressive boyfriend?

I've been together with my bf for 4yrs and i really love him to bits. But lately he's been a bit too aggressive sometimes like when we were fooling around, i accidentally poked his eye and he was so pissed that he purposely grabbed my forearm so tightly like crushing motion, and it was so painful, and he said satisfiedly,"feels good?" 2nd incident was both of us were a bit tipsy at a karaoke party with his friends, he angrily grabbed my head and thrown me onto the couch with such a force infront of his speechless friends just bcos i accidentally fell against the tv with a loud bang. he was pissed thinking i broke the tv due to my clumsiness. 3rd incident was he scolded me loudly and aggressively infront of his friends for so long that a stranger had to intervened to stop him and helped both of us out with solutions which made him more pissed. 4th incident was both of us having a bad day and i purposely ticked him off by flicking his forehead and walked off and all of a sudden he grabbed my ponytail and pulled backwards so forcefully that i shouted in pain in front of so many people at a bus stop and he kept repeatingly threatening me"don't make me beat you up in front of everyone here" he gives me time curfew whenever i'm out with my girlfriends but i can't do the same for him cos he said that he's a man and i'm a woman who's not strong and can't protect herself. with the same reason as above, i can't go clubbing while he can. i really don't know what to do... we've been thru thick and thin for 4 yrs and i love him too much that i've deserted my friends to be with him. what should i do?
