Why do most Jews and Christians dislike Muslims?

It's all political, not religious. The conflict is between American/British imperialists [AKA Conservatives] and Muslims who are using violence to maintain their religious/cultural identity and territory. Imperialists thinks that they are superior and are natural leaders and must keep their global hegemony. Muslims in the Third World are fighting against that and want all Western troops to leave their country. That's what it's all about. Everything else is trivial.
