Why does this happen and how do i fix this?

I curently have Windows vista and it frezze alo it so annoying but when i try and do most things it comes up with consent UI for administrative applications stopped working and was closed and its so annoying why does this happen and how do u fix it? does anybody know. GOD windows vista is GAY!
