Why is this book so much, dont you think the prices are a bit ott?

i was looking on amazon to see how much the book. 'How to Draw Spirit and Friends (Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron) (Paperback)' was. rrp says it is �4.36 new. well the only ones they have are 3 used ones 2 for �92.65 and another one for �118.41. seriously why so much, is it a rare book, is it encrusted with diamonds. i think id want it to be for that price
