I ruined my freaking diet and now im pissed?

So you broke your diet. No big! Eating things that you like is a habit, and sometimes, in order to break bad habits, you cannot make yourself feel guilty when you accidentally indulge. After you make a mistake, get back on track and keep going. Your diet seems too unbalanced if that is the type of stuff you eat everyday though...You need to eat more in order to burn fat. You need lots of proteins, etc. that I'm sure you know about. Especially if you're working out... your muscles need protein to repair themselves, and if you aren't eating enough, your body will go into starvation mode and store even more fat to slowly feed your body. Eat healthy, but don't under eat! And don't feel bad about splurging, it happens! Good luck!
