I'm trying to convert a drive from fat32 to ntfs using command prompt but it can't detect the drive. ..

error message says: "access denied as you do not have sufficient privileges. You have to invoke this utility running in elevated mode." I'm the administrator of this pc i should have all the privileges. please help. By the way, i would like to thank those who gave their answers to my previous question. thanks guys!
