Tarantula hairs stuck in skin?

my tarantula has been shedding and i managed to get alot of his little hairs imbedded in my upper and lower eye lid as well as the corner of my eye. i've tried washing, putting tape on it and peeling it off, warm tea bags, taking a knife or sharp item and scraping the surface of my skin, tweezers, steam, cloth, and the old favorite, scratching at it like a mad man. i've gotten some out but i can't see the rest, but i can certainly feel them. i'm wondering if anyone has any ideas. for instance, anyone who works with fibergl insulation. i've heard they are similar.
